What is concurrent enrollment?
Concurrent Enrollment (CE) classes are college-level courses offered at the high school to junior and senior students during their regular school day. High school students reduce duplication of classes and save time and money by earning both high school and college credit at the same time. Students pay a one-time admission (usually $35.00). Some high schools may require students to purchase their own textbooks. College credits are recorded on a permanent college transcript by the sponsoring college or university.
