Concurrent Enrollment

The purpose of concurrent enrollment is to provide a challenging college-level secondary school experience for high school juniors and seniors.  Concurrent enrollment students are enrolled for classes at both the high school and the college.  While students earn high school credit, they also earn college credit. Concurrent credits are recorded on a permanent college record and transcript.

Advantages of taking concurrent classes include:-Shortens the time to complete a post-secondary degree
-Enriches the academic experience
-Reduces tuition costs
-Streamlines the transition from high school to college
